As Shri­pad Ashtekar, Direc­tor, Car­tel Out­door says, “The me­dia buy­ers have been keener to in­vest in in­no­va­tion & ac­ti­va­tion as com­pared to con­ven­tional me­dia prop­er­ties due to the long pro­cess­ing time of me­dia in ru­ral parts. This could be im­proved by seek­ing tech­nol­ogy ad­van­tage by hir­ing soft­ware com­pa­nies to pro­vide so­lu­tion for bet­ter trans­parency and im­pro­vi­sa­tion of mon­i­tor­ing by the me­dia own­ers.” This may be one as­pect of it, but with a col­lec­tive pos­i­tive ap­proach, B Town In­dia can cer­tainly set new stan­dards where OOH is con­cerned
