Makes Debut In Sublimation Printing
India’s largest inkjet printer manufacturer Colorjet is now moving into the sublimation printing market also with their dye sublimation machine Aurajet. The company launched the Aurajet dye sublimation textile printer at the recently concluded Gartex 2017 and reported a positive response from the exhibition.
“The Made-in-india Aurajet, which is running successfully in Australia, Sri Lanka, Saudi
Arabia and other parts of world, is the perfect choice for dye sublimation users as it can easily run low GSM paper starting from 45 GSM, which helps in reducing the cost by using less ink yet offering perfect colours,” said Samarth Bansal, Senior Product Manager, Colorjet Group.
The sturdy industrial build of the Aurajet helps in ensuring that the machine has better longevity than the other machines available in the market while achieving a maximum speed of 34 sq. metres, thereby providing huge production runs. It comes with advanced feed and a take-up system for precise paper movement.
The Aurajet by colorjet has many unique features like high production speed of 34sqm, advanced 3B100 inks and maximum print width of upto 1829 mm. The machine can print upto 400meters in 20 hours. Since the machine is made in India it is cost effective as well.
Dye sublimation is the oldest industry in India. It is the easiest way to start your business as you can start printing with minimum investment. The biggest market for this machine is home furnishing, scarf printing, fashion/ apparel and sportswear. One can print on paper and transfer it onto polyester based fabric. “It is easier to invest in a Rs 6 lakh machine than in a Rs 40 lakh fabric machine” said Samarth. He added that the scope of growth in sublimation is very high and they could definitely expect good business in the segment.
