It is a proud mo­ment for Tukat­ech as the Los An­ge­les based com­pany re­cently got the or­der from Amer­i­can Ap­parel Founder Dov Char­ney who con­tin­ues his ad­ven­ture in Los An­ge­les in­tro­duc­ing Tukat­ech’s new tech­nolo­gies, and re­new­ing his com­mit­ment to pro­duce ap­parel, lo­cally with his new com­pany. In 2016, Char­ney’s sec­ond wind came to life by in­tro­duc­ing Los An­ge­les Ap­parel to whole­salers in the fash­ion world. While en­sur­ing his com­mit­ment to qual­ity ap­parel, and pro­vid­ing a liv­ing wage to lo­cal work­ers, he con­tin­ues his quest in de­sign­ing and de­vel­op­ing trendy cloth­ing with a busi­ness model un­like other ap­parel com­pa­nies. “I know Tukat­ech, they helped me set up a state of the art de­sign and pro­duc­tion sys­tems with Tuka­cad, Tuka 3D for vir­tual sam­ples, au­to­matic fab­ric spread­ers, au­to­matic cut­ters for pro­duc­tion, Smart­mark that saves me time and fab­ric, even a laser cut­ter for my de­vel­op­ment. With­out these af­ford­able sys­tems, mak­ing in LA will be just a dream.
