Ama­zon ex­pands its global selling pro­gramme for In­dian ex­porters

Global e-com­merce gi­ant Ama­zon has ex­panded its global selling pro­gram with the launch of its B2B (busi­ness to busi­ness) pro­gram for In­dian ex­porters to help them con­nect with cus­tomers across its in­ter­na­tional mar­ket­places. Un­der the new pro­gram, B2B sell­ers, man­u­fac­tur­ers and ex­porters will be able to reach thou­sands of busi­ness cus­tomers across Ama­zon’s in­ter­na­tional mar­ket­places like US, Bri­tain, Ger­many, France, Ja­pan and In­dia among many oth­ers. The com­pany al­ready has on boarded over 2000 ex­porters for the B2B global selling pro­gram. In­dian ex­porters reg­is­tered with Ama­zon busi­ness global selling pro­gram will get an op­por­tu­nity to ex­pand its cus­tomer base glob­ally and en­ter newer mar­kets for growth. To sup­port tap­ping this ex­cel­lent mar­ket of busi­ness cus­tomers for In­dian goods glob­ally, the pro­gram of­fers ben­e­fits to the In­dian sell­ers such as dis­counted re­fer­ral fees for bulk or­ders, busi­ness price and quan­tity dis­counts tar­geted for busi­ness cus­tomers, sin­gle selling ac­count etc. The B2C Global Selling pro­gramme, which was launched in In­dia in 2015, has over 32,000 ex­porters of­fer­ing more than 90 mil­lion made-in-in­dia prod­ucts to cus­tomers across 10 global mar­ket­places.
