Test and measurement (T&M) equipment is one of the less talked about and the least attractive segment of the power industry. However, its significance cannot be discounted given its role in locating defects in various electronic and mechanical products. T&M devices are used for testing and measuring various electronic and mechanical products during the lifecycle for ensuring that the product performs to the optimim level. These devices have a prominent role to play in the various stages - initial design, development, verification, maintenance and repair.
