` Na­tional High­ways Au­thor­ity of In­dia while 60 per cent will be brought in by the de­vel­oper through a com­bi­na­tion of debt and equity.

“With our rich ex­pe­ri­ence in ex­e­cut­ing large in­fra­struc­ture projects; we are con­fi­dent of com­plet­ing this pro­ject well within the stip­u­lated time­frame,” noted San­deep Garg, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor, Wel­spun En­ter­prises Ltd, in a re­lease. Wel­spun En­ter­prises has so far com­pleted six BOT (Toll) projects, span­ning over 500 km in all.

Mean­while, un­con­firmed re­ports sug­gest that an­other pack­age of the Delhi-Meerut Ex­press­way, of 22.3 km, has been awarded to a con­sor­tium of Apco In­frat­ech and Chetak En­ter­prises. The Delhi-Meerut Ex­press­way, run­ning for around 150 km, will largely be a six-lane
