Health­care for Every shri­ram Res­i­dent

Shri­ram prop­er­ties, the prop­erty de­vel­op­ment arm of the Rs 90,000 crores fi­nan­cial gi­ant Shri­ram Group, brings for its res­i­dent’s health care fa­cil­i­ties that will cater to the day to day med­i­cal needs of the res­i­dents by sign­ing a Mem­o­ran­dum of Un­der­stand­ing (MOU) with Apollo Clin­ics, multi – spe­cial­ity clin­ics run by Apollo Health and Life­style Lim­ited (AHLL), a sub­sidiary of Apollo Hospitals En­ter­prise Lim­ited (AHEL). This agree­ment will en­able Apollo Clin­ics to be set up across all the on­go­ing and up­com­ing res­i­den­tial projects of Shri­ram Prop­er­ties, in ac­cor­dance with the re­quire­ments of Apart­ment Own­ers As­so­ci­a­tion. In the com­pleted projects, the clin­ics will be set up within 60 days of re­ceiv­ing an ap­proval from the Apart­ment Owner’s As­so­ci­a­tion. Com­ment­ing on the part­ner­ship, M Mu­rali, Manag­ing Di­rec­tor, Shri­ram Prop­er­ties said: “We see this as­so­ci­a­tion as a pos­i­tive step to­wards pro­vid­ing health­care fa­cil­i­ties and im­prov­ing health and well­ness of all our res­i­dents. With this as­so­ci­a­tion, we are start­ing a new trend in the in­dus­try, where the pri­mary needs of the res­i­dents are given ut­most im­por­tance. We will con­tinue to work in close part­ner­ship with var­i­ous au­thor­i­ties and the Apart­ment Own­ers As­so­ci­a­tions, to take this ini­tia­tive to an ex­ten­sive level.”
