WHAT HAS BEEN THE RE­CENT PER­FOR­MANCE OF NCL? HOW HAS THE COM­PANY PER­FORMED IN THE FIRST FIVE MONTHS OF THE YEAR? Per­for­mance of NCL dur­ing first six months of 2015-16, in terms of im­por­tant pa­ram­e­ters is tab­u­lated below :

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS TO EN­HANCE THE PRO­DUC­TION TO THE NEXT LEVEL ?

By FY 2019-20, NCL has planned to en­hance coal out­put to 110 Mil­lion Tonnes (MT) (ap­prox.) as a part of 1BT pro­duc­tion pro­gramme by CIL. Some of the steps en­vis­aged to ac­com­plish this task, are as fol­lows: (a)ex­pan­sion of ex­ist­ing Mega Projects viz. Jayant Open cast pro­ject (OCP) (to 20 Mtpa Cap), Dud­hichua OCP (to 20 Mtpa), Block-b OCP (to 8 Mtpa). (b)en­hanc­ing pro­duc­tion from Mega Projects like Am­lohri OC (to 14 Mtpa), Ni­gahi (to 18.75 Mtpa) and Kha­dia OC (to 10 Mtpa), as per their sanc­tioned EC Ca­pac­ity.
