Baba Ramdev decodes the various aspects of yoga.

Savvy - - Contents -

1.Yoga is not a religious exercise, but a scientific and secular life system.

2.Non-violence, truth, brahmacharya, aparigraha, sanitation, satisfaction, austerity, self-study and conversation with God are the rules of yoga.

3. A yogi accepts things as the grace of God.

4.Through yoga, productivity, creativity and positivity are increased. 5.Yoga is the scientific art of management, tension management, personality development and divine life. Yoga is the source or medium of creation, unlimited knowledge, power, capacity, truth, love, pity and divine prosperousness.

6.The yogi lives a perfect spiritual life. Spiritual construction of the world is the external purpose of a yogi.

7. A yogi - after living a life of truth, love and compassion - wants to see the world free from ignorance.

8.The various traditions of yoga - Ashtangyoga, Hathyoga, Gyanyoga, Karmyoga, Bhaktiyoga etc - should be accepted. It is the only way for the world to prosper.

9.Yoga is the only way to live a healthy, happy, prosperous and peaceful life. Those who give priority to yoga for an hour daily, either in the morning or evening, will see all their priorities fulfilled.
