“A good night’s sleep for me is sleeping without any disturbance for a minimum of eight-nine hours.
“I prefer to use a firm mattress as it is comfortable and supports my back, thereby helping me avoid unnecessary back problems.
“Maintaining a mattress can be a very tedious job, and the sides tend to sink over a period of time. So I ensure the fibre is refilled as and when required to keep it sleep-ready always.”
