“A good night’s sleep for me is sleep­ing with­out any dis­tur­bance for a min­i­mum of eight-nine hours.

“I pre­fer to use a firm mat­tress as it is com­fort­able and sup­ports my back, thereby help­ing me avoid un­nec­es­sary back prob­lems.

“Main­tain­ing a mat­tress can be a very te­dious job, and the sides tend to sink over a pe­riod of time. So I en­sure the fi­bre is re­filled as and when re­quired to keep it sleep-ready al­ways.”
