Brush your mouth prop­erly (teeth, gums, tongue, roof of the mouth). Floss at least once a day (it dis­lodges food residue and other detri­men­tal sub­stances stuck be­tween the teeth). Choose a teeth-friendly diet (in­clude nuts, ap­ples, cheese, chicken, veg­eta­bles). Avoid co­las and al­co­hol (they de­plete the cal­cium level, caus­ing tooth de­cay and gum dis­ease). Eat nu­tri­ent-rich food.
