YOUR ORAL CARE CHECKLIST
Brush your mouth properly (teeth, gums, tongue, roof of the mouth). Floss at least once a day (it dislodges food residue and other detrimental substances stuck between the teeth). Choose a teeth-friendly diet (include nuts, apples, cheese, chicken, vegetables). Avoid colas and alcohol (they deplete the calcium level, causing tooth decay and gum disease). Eat nutrient-rich food.
