ORANGE BASIL MOJITO
4 orange slices 6 basil leaves 3 lime wedges 45 ml fresh orange juice 15 ml sugar syrup 15 ml lime juice
1. Take the orange slices and basil leaves and muddle them together. 2. Add lime juice, lime wedges, sugar syrup and mint leaves topped with crushed ice. 3. Top up with orange juice and stir. 4. Garnish with an orange slice and a basil leaf. Serve.
