ORANGE BASIL MO­JITO

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

4 orange slices 6 basil leaves 3 lime wedges 45 ml fresh orange juice 15 ml sugar syrup 15 ml lime juice

METHOD

1. Take the orange slices and basil leaves and mud­dle them to­gether. 2. Add lime juice, lime wedges, sugar syrup and mint leaves topped with crushed ice. 3. Top up with orange juice and stir. 4. Gar­nish with an orange slice and a basil leaf. Serve.
