“A good night’s sleep is very important in order to live healthy. I am very health conscious and I believe that one should not ignore the importance of good sleep. Seven-eight hours of peaceful sleep is a must.
“I prefer sleeping on a firm mattress; it is very comfortable and relaxing. It’s very important to keep your mattress hygienic; I ensure that mine is vacuumed twice a week. I also make sure my sheets are changed every three-four days and avoid eating in bed.”
