“A good night’s sleep is very im­por­tant in or­der to live healthy. I am very health con­scious and I be­lieve that one should not ig­nore the im­por­tance of good sleep. Seven-eight hours of peace­ful sleep is a must.

“I prefer sleep­ing on a firm mat­tress; it is very com­fort­able and re­lax­ing. It’s very im­por­tant to keep your mat­tress hy­gienic; I en­sure that mine is vac­u­umed twice a week. I also make sure my sheets are changed ev­ery three-four days and avoid eat­ing in bed.”
