Serves 5-6


800 gm lamb mince

200 gm onions, chopped

5 gm cin­na­mon pow­der

5 gm clove pow­der

5 gm mace pow­der

5 gm nut­meg pow­der

5 gm green car­damom pow­der

100 ml cream

20 gm salt

10 gm green chill­ies, chopped

100 gm co­rian­der leaves, chopped

60 gm desi ghee

50 gm gin­ger-gar­lic paste

40 gm Kash­miri chilli paste


1. In a bowl, add the lamb mince, gin­ger-gar­lic paste, green chill­ies, cream, onions, all garam masala pow­ders, Kash­miri chilli paste, co­rian­der leaves and salt. Mix.

2. Add ghee and mix well.

3. Grease the skewer. Press each por­tion of the mix­ture with your fin­gers to make a long ke­bab.

4. Grill the kebabs on a pan or in a tan­door un­til done. Serve hot.
