The Ke­bab fes­ti­val at Kebabs & Kur­ries, ITC Kakatiya, Hy­der­abad, was not to be missed. Chef Rahul dished out an ap­pe­tiz­ing spread of veg­e­tar­ian and non­veg­e­tar­ian spe­cial­ties. The tarkari shami, though crisp, j ust melted in the mouth; while the gosht shikam­pur was heav­enly. All the del­i­ca­cies were en­joyed with chooza biryani – mak­ing it a rich, whole­some ex­pe­ri­ence.
