Abandoned by her father when she was a little girl, Yulia decided to use her mother’s surname, stating that she was a revolutionary since the very beginning. She is the first woman Prime Minister of Ukraine, serving in 2005 and again in 2010, and both times she nailed it in her unique style. She is the most prominent face of Ukrainian politics and was ranked third in the Forbes list of most powerful women in 2005. An active member of the Orange Revolution, she is also famous for her braided hairdo, a family tradition which she converted into a style statement.
