Unity One is a retail-fo­cused ini­tia­tive by Unity Group, which de­vel­ops retail spa­ces that lay em­pha­sis on the neigh­bor­ing area’s shop­ping needs. The group pro­vides all the de­sired con­ve­niences of a retail fa­cil­ity un­der one roof cre­at­ing an ideal mix of lo­cal and global retail brands, good in­fra­struc­ture, am­ple park­ing spa­ces and en­ter­tain­ment zones.

The num­ber of sep­a­rately leased stores/doors went up to 38, the cov­ered car park­ing slots were 700, there were 500 cov­ered 2 wheeler park­ing slots. The num­ber of es­ca­la­tors stood at 2 while el­e­va­tors were 3.

The ten­ant mix of the mall was changed keep­ing in mind the evolv­ing be­hav­ior of con­sumers. phas­ing out re­dun­dant brands and bring­ing more rel­e­vant and foot­fall gen­er­at­ing brands was the crux of this chang­ing mix.

Mar­ket­ing & Pro­mo­tion

Mar­ket­ing and pro­mo­tion played a vi­tal role in the turn­around of the mall. The en­tire brand com­mu­ni­ca­tion strat­egy was re­vised to draw in the masses.

Sig­na­ture events and pro­mo­tions were con­ducted in the mall– in­de­pen­dently and/ or jointly with ten­ants to draw in con­sumers. The foot­falls in the mall hit 8,000-9,000 on week­days and 12,000-14,000 on week­ends.
