PnT Ar­chi­tect & De­sign Con­sul­tants, did a thor­ough re­search be­fore con­cep­tu­al­iz­ing this sam­ple apart­ment for The Ra­heja Re­flec­tions—Odyssey. Spread over an area of 2,214 sq. ft. in Kan­di­vali, Mum­bai. The apart­ment of­fers am­ple green­ery with views of San­jay Gandhi Na­tional Park from ev­ery rooms.

Ra­heja Odyssey has a lux­u­ri­ous and green liv­ing con­cept. The main USP of this project re­mains the tran­quil and panoramic green sur­round­ing of the San­jay Gandhi Na­tional Park. The project com­bines lux­u­ri­ous liv­ing with the best of ameni­ties like in­fin­ity swim­ming pool, gym and spa and gives un­in­ter­rupted view of the San­jay Gandhi Na­tional Park.

Com­ing to the de­sign­ing of the each room in the apart­ment, the aes­thet­i­cally de­signed rooms are not just el­e­gant to look at, they are func­tion­ally-ef­fi­cient too. The liv­ing-cum-din­ing room is spa­ciously de­signed to give a luxe look and is ven­ti­lated with French win­dow, which floods the rooms with am­ple nat­u­ral light. The liv­ing room has for­mal seat­ing area with the classy white sofa paired with cof­fee coloured cen­ter ta­ble and a stylish rug with a TV Con­sol mounted on the mar­ble wall. Just be­hind the sofa is the mod­ern themed eight-seater din­ing ta­ble with seam­less chairs, glass-top and can­dles. The wall be­side the din­ing ta­ble and the TV unit are cov­ered with rec­tan­gu­lar
