Ar. Parag Pandya has designed a rst–of-its-kind Pre-fab home in Nasik that incorporates latest construction techniques from Australia; Gautam Dutta’s residence in Gurugram is a fresh mix of colours, art and innovative; Aarti Aggarwal’s design for Goel House in Gurugram helps bring nature within through creative designing and implementation; while Dilip Panchal’s choice of materials exudes unmatched warmth and comfort to the Vasavada home in Ahmedabad.

Mumbai-based interior designer Parag Pandya, walks us through the rst-of-its-kind Pre-Fab home which, showcases Parag’s attempt at breaking away from the tried and tested formulas and moving on to something more innovative and experimental. Having designed a lot of interiors for high prole clients and Bollywood celebrities, Interior designer Parag Pandya, Principle Interior Designer at Haus Kraft, takes a progressive leap by integrating architecture and engineering, to design this rst-of-its-kind 4,000 sq. ft. Pre-Fab bungalow in Nasik, which is imported from Australia. Adopting a new Pre-Fab steel technology for the construction of this bungalow, the designer has designed a new landmark.
