Eduardo Medeiros Arquitetura eDesign has recently completed the interiors of Duju Patisserie in Goiania, Brazil. Drawing inspiration from the ‘U’ in the logo, the interiors feature a variety of U-shaped elements all throughout the quaint shop. The first is the arch that welcomes you to the patisserie. The next is the graphic wood accent wall covered in a scalloped or fish scale pattern. On the opposite wall is the service area that has a tiled back wall and wood details with the u-shape. Off to the side, is a seating area with pink benches and U-shaped backrests. The designers also included a way for the customers to interact with the space. So instead of inserting ready-made pictures, they have hung several wooden clipboards and invited customers to draw or write on them.
