WHILE on multi-tal­ented per­son­al­i­ties, artist Ananya Ban­er­jee is out with a recipe cook­book, Planet Gas­tron­omy, which con­tains tried and tested recipes com­piled af­ter Ananya’s trips across the world. She has also con­ducted regular work­shops and cooking classes in many coun­tries. Planet Gas­tron­omy packs in 100 cuisines from 60 coun­tries, with the most popular and best food from each coun­try mak­ing the cut. Ananya, who has been reg­u­larly writ­ing for var­i­ous mag­a­zines, even lists sub­sti­tutes for in­gre­di­ents not com­monly avail­able and veg­e­tar­ian sub­sti­tutes for meat and fish. Truly, she has penned a global cook­book.
