Man on the Move

WITH THE opening of Jade Garden in the Worli area of Mumbai, Sanjay Vazirani, the Founder of Foodlink Services, has reached another milestone in his career. A food connoisseur at heart, Sanjay has made quite a name for his company in the last 14 years with his restaurant chains, China Bistro, India Bistro and Glocal Junction with their presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi. Even in the catering world, his company is serving to a national and international clientele by hosting destination events and weddings with utmost customisation by roping in the best chefs from across the world for an authentic local experience. But unlike his contemporaries, Sanjay has craftily found a way to maintain a balance between work and hobby by operating from an RV (recreational vehicle) office. “My RV works wonders for me, the essential purpose is that it becomes my mobile office while I am on the go, be it for events or meetings. The entire concept behind owning one was to ensure convenience for Foodlink’s clientele by arranging food trials at the client’s location,” says Sanjay, who is an avid traveller and makes use of his RV for short trips as well. Well, that’s what we call a man on the move.
