“Agood night’s sleep is very im­por­tant for me and ev­ery hu­man be­ing. Sleep­ing on time is good for your body. If you sleep well, you look good. I own a queen size mat­tress. I like my mat­tress to be a mix­ture of soft and sturdy to main­tain proper body pos­ture while sleep­ing. Main­tain­ing a mat­tress is equally im­por­tant. I make sure that the bed sheets are changed on a daily ba­sis. I avoid eat­ing on the bed. Also, I clean my mat­tress with the help of a vac­uum cleaner. Be­fore sleep­ing, I like to mois­turise my face with a nice mois­tur­is­ing cleanser with­out fail.”
