Imake sure I clean my face and re­move make-up, if I have ap­plied be­fore sleep­ing. Do my night skin rou­tine. Keep my phone aside, pray for 15 min­utes and then I am off to bed. This is very im­por­tant not only for me but for every in­di­vid­ual. Our brain needs rest, also be­ing an ac­tress, I have to look fresh on screen so it is nec­es­sary to have proper sleep and avoid dark cir­cles too. I feel eight hours of sleep is enough. I ob­vi­ously pre­fer proper sleep but some­times I have to com­pro­mise with power naps when I am shoot­ing. The sched­ule be­comes hec­tic and at that time, power naps come to the res­cue. I like my mat­tress soft but not very soft. My ideal sleep­ing am­bi­ence… well be­cause of my pro­fes­sion, I travel a lot and have vis­ited al­most all five star ho­tels. But trust me the comfort that I get in my own room, in my house, is the ideal.
