Imake sure I clean my face and remove make-up, if I have applied before sleeping. Do my night skin routine. Keep my phone aside, pray for 15 minutes and then I am off to bed. This is very important not only for me but for every individual. Our brain needs rest, also being an actress, I have to look fresh on screen so it is necessary to have proper sleep and avoid dark circles too. I feel eight hours of sleep is enough. I obviously prefer proper sleep but sometimes I have to compromise with power naps when I am shooting. The schedule becomes hectic and at that time, power naps come to the rescue. I like my mattress soft but not very soft. My ideal sleeping ambience… well because of my profession, I travel a lot and have visited almost all five star hotels. But trust me the comfort that I get in my own room, in my house, is the ideal.
