K. Sam­path, Hy­der­abad. Hanuma Vi­hari, with his 56 and 3/37 at the Oval, be­came the sec­ond In­dian af­ter Dattu Phad­kar, who scored 51 runs and took 3/14 on his Test de­but at Syd­ney in De­cem­ber 1947.
