Boe­ing has con­firmed the sign­ing of a mem­o­ran­dum of agree­ment with Iran Ase­man Air­lines, ex­press­ing the air­line’s in­tent to pur­chase 30 Boe­ing 737 MAX air­planes with a list price of $3 bil­lion. The agree­ment also pro­vides the air­line with pur­chase rights for 30 ad­di­tional 737 MAXs. De­liv­er­ies would be sched­uled to start in 2022.

Boe­ing has re­ceived a $59-mil­lion con­tract mod­i­fi­ca­tion to con­tinue pro­duc­tion for the US Air Force’s KC-46 tanker air­craft. The deal will see the com­pany pro­vide in­terim con­tract­ing sup­port, a tem­po­rary ser­vice con­ducted in lieu of or­ganic ca­pa­bil­ity for a pre­de­ter­mined time. Work is ex­pected to be com­pleted by March 2018.

The Boe­ing Com­pany, Ari­zona, has been awarded a $3,276.5-mil­lion mod­i­fi­ca­tion to FMS (Saudi Ara­bia) con­tract for Apache at­tack he­li­copter multi-year lots 7-11, AH-64E full-rate pro­duc­tion of re­man­u­fac­tured air­craft and new-build air­craft, re­man­u­fac­ture and new-build Long­bow crew train­ers engi­neer­ing tech­ni­cal services. Es­ti­mated com­ple­tion date is June 30, 2022.
