Woman hurls flower pot at Prime Minister’s convoy, detained

In a security breach, a woman was detained recently for allegedly hurling a flower pot at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s convoy in Delhi. The incident happened when Modi’s convoy was passing through Vijay Chowk in central Delhi. The woman wanted to meet Modi at his office, but was stopped by the security personnel. Following this, the woman got into an argument with the security men guarding the Prime Minister’s convoy. During the argument with the cops, the woman allegedly pushed a flower pot kept at one of the guard rails, which fell on the road ahead of the convoy.

The woman, who reportedly works at a central government office, has been apprehended by the Delhi Police for questioning.
