Tanya Enterprises showcases its entry level direct to fabric digital textile printer
Tanya Enterprises, a wellknown manufacturer of digital inkjet printers based in Delhi, has always been at the forefront of new developments so as to cater to the forever growing and changing demands of the customers. The company showcased its high speed direct to fabric digital textile printer at Gartex 2018.
Compatible to work with all types of pigment inks and dye sublimation inks, the company has incorporated the world’s most sophisticated inkjet printing technology and offers a production speed of 45 m2 /h in various printing widths such as 1.6 m, 1.8 m and 3.2 m. With Dual Epson Micro Piezo Industrial 5113 heads, it can print four colours in CMYK format with maximum printing resolution of 1440x2880 dpi. It is compatible with various Rip softwares like Photo Print, Wasatch and Rip Master.
Another feature that makes the printer stand apart is its heavy industrial air frame structure that helps in improving the image print quality. It also has a rotating platform that leads to better human-computer interaction and has used the industrial grade optical fibre transmission ensuring more stable and high speed data output. Moreover, it is easy to operate and requires less space.
Mukesh Sharma, CEO, Tanya Enterprises mentioned, “The printer can print on wide range of products including garments, bags, bedsheets and towels. Further, fabrics like cotton, lycra, viscose, canvas, jute and juco can also be printed.” The company has its clientele base across India which includes regions like Kolkata, Surat, Panipat, Ludhiana, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR. The company has recently installed 3.2 m long DTG printer at Fashion Homme, a Panipatbased company specialising in home textiles.
Also, on display were sublimation printers from Audley, a Chinese digital printing manufacturer. The company is also the sole distributor of Audley printers and has sold more than 200 printers across India including Tirupur, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Panipat, Ludhiana, Meerut and Delhi-NCR.
Tanya Enterprises also offers dye-sublimation printer TC-1802 with two Epson Micropeizo print heads. The printer can print at the speed of 70 m2 per hour and has a printing width of 72 inches. The printer is compatible with other local inks and does not hamper the quality of the print. Apart from selling printers, the company also offers a quality range of inks, cartridges and toners.
As Mukesh stated, “We have a PAN India presence, have installed over 200 printers across India and are expecting more in the current fiscal year.” With two manufacturing units located in Panipat and Okhla, the company has a team of six engineers to look into the after-sales services. Besides outstanding after-sales services, the company also provides one week special training programme in its own facility in order to train the operators on how to run the machine.
Another interesting fact worth mentioning is the involvement of NextGen in the company. Tanya Sharma, Marketing Head, Tanya Enterprises, also the daughter of Mukesh Sharma, has recently joined the family business. Tanya holds a degree in fashion & retail marketing from a renowned institute and has years of experience with Arvind Group. With the engagement of Nextgen in the company along with their fresh mind, new ideas, innovations and developments can be adopted and implemented within the organisation.
