T3 India - - State Of The Art - WORDS H. S. Billimoria

Marantz has always been at the forefront when designing separates that are both easy on the eye and sound very musical. This tradition has continued with the PM6006 amplifier(45W per channel) and the CD6006 CD player which are perfectly

matched to each other. In the UK, both the amplifier and the CD player are further tweaked to produce a much more forward sound.

Matching the CD Player and the amplifier step-by-step are the A26 speakers from Boston Acoustic. Made in China to US specifications, the A26 speakers are budget bookshelf speakers. However, they produce a quality of sound that is exceptional. Each individual component of this system complements the other beautifully and we can think of no other system at the budget end which can beat this composition either for sound quality or for value for money. Those favouring a more mellow sound may look at the Q Acoustics 3020 or the Dali Zensor 1 speakers.
