Delhi’s veg­e­tar­ian res­tau­rant Sattvik le me pretty awed. Lo­cated favourably in Saket’s Se­lect Ci­tywalk mall, it has an im­pres­sive and var­ied menu. Their curry, ka­mal kakdi ki sabzi, is mouth wa­ter­ingly de­li­cious. I also am fond of their ka­mal kakdi ke koe, zafran pu­lao and cau­li­flower fry. They serve tra­di­tional dishes spe­cially for In­dian fes­ti­vals, such as the Navra­tri. Their pre­sen­ta­tion is quite aes­thetic; the vegetable plat­ter looks tempt­ing enough to trig­ger the ap­petite. They are also in­no­va­tive with their fresh fruit mock­tails, serv­ing them in hol­lowed out pineap­ples.
