Delhi’s vegetarian restaurant Sattvik le me pretty awed. Located favourably in Saket’s Select Citywalk mall, it has an impressive and varied menu. Their curry, kamal kakdi ki sabzi, is mouth wateringly delicious. I also am fond of their kamal kakdi ke koe, zafran pulao and cauliflower fry. They serve traditional dishes specially for Indian festivals, such as the Navratri. Their presentation is quite aesthetic; the vegetable platter looks tempting enough to trigger the appetite. They are also innovative with their fresh fruit mocktails, serving them in hollowed out pineapples.
