NDIM has been phenomenal in providing the requisite skills, conceptual and practical knowledge, Corporate exposure, to its students.

Where as other B-Schools have set up a number of branches in the last 10 years and have multiplied their students and their education business, New Delhi Institute of Management continues with its sole endeavor of strengthening its quality of education with emphasis on personal and individualistic care for every student.

Perhaps the only management set up by former members and Chairmen of Union Public Service Commission, former Vice Chancellor of Nalanda and Banaras Hindu Universities and by great legal luminaries, Justice RS Sarkaria and Justice Bisheshwar Prasad Singh, former Judges of Supreme Court of India. It is for this reason that the biggest names in the field of trade and industry are always keen to connect with NDIM students.

For the last 16 years, the Board of Directors of NDIM has been continuously having former Secretaries Govt. of India, Ministries of Petroleum, Company affairs, HR, Information and Broadcasting, Cabinet Secretariat, Health, on its board. These key people, who belong to the IAS and have been on the Boards of most sought after MNCs provide great support and strength to the students and alumni of this college.

Unlike other private players in the field of education, New Delhi Institute of Management is run by three generations of top educationists. Set up by former Chairman Punjab Public Service Commission and Ex. Member UPSC, Mr. Jaswant Rai Bansal, who runs the institute along with his retired IAS son, the third generation of Investment Bankers from New York and top MNC’s have now taken up the mettle to take the institute to global heights. NDIM thus distinguishes itself from all other institutes in its commitment.

Continuous endeavor to innovate and provide quality education to its students are strengthened by being in sync with the global corporate world. It has also gone a step ahead by an MOU with Magna Carta College, Oxford to benefit the students.

Corporate relationships are strengthened by training senior professionals from the private and public sector. The Corporate networked faculty at NDIM proudly trained more than 600 senior professional in the last one year, including officers from the Parliament and the State Assemblies.

Over the years the Corporate strength of the institute has grown to more than 1000. Its students are mostly picked up in their 3rd semester itself in most sought after Indian and foreign companies. While several other private colleges also claim 100 % placement, NDIM is always one of the first ones to post its student wise placements on the website.

For the girls students, NDIM has been a second home, most of the faculty being from the same sex and the entire environment, including hostels being located in high security zone, in the lush green environment of South Delhi. Ragging free campus, compassionate faculty and staff, world class contemporary infrastructure make NDIM stand strong among the top B-schools of India.
