The Olive Gar­den has an ef­fort­less bo­hemian vibe. You feel as if you could be din­ing any­where in the world, al­though there’s an un­mis­take­ably In­dian ser­vice dy­namic, as well as the sense of bal­ance, which comes from be­ing lo­cated in a city like Delhi. The ar­chi­tec­ture is or­ganic, con­structed around a beau­ti­ful Mediter­ranean court­yard with an olive tree, sooth­ingly lit up at night. It’s well-or­gan­ised, and runs like smooth, well-oiled ma­chin­ery, with friendly, in­tel­li­gent ser­vice and great value for money. I would rec­om­mend the de­li­cious home­made beet­root pasta.
