JUDICIAL CRISIS

The Asian Age - - Edit -

The dramatic press conference by four top sitting Supreme Court judges was an unprecedented and extraordinary event that should make us sit up and take notice. The judiciary cannot remain a divided house and it has to remove the rot that has set in and reinvent itself as a united house. Resolving the questions raised by the judges rather than ducking them must take precedence to restore public confidence in the judiciary and ensure India’s continued existence as a democracy.
