Ku­mar Sri­vas­tava as man­ag­ing di­rec­tor (MD) and chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer (CEO). He will be re­spon­si­ble for lead­ing all as­pects of the busi­ness in the coun­try. An in­dus­try veteran of nearly 25 years, Sri­vas­tava comes with an ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in mul­ti­ple dis­ci­plines, in­clud­ing strat­egy, hu­man re­sources, pro­ject man­age­ment and op­er­a­tions, in­fra­struc­ture, ad­min­is­tra­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tions.

Tata Cap­i­tal has ap­pointed Ra­jiv

Sab­har­wal as chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer and man­ag­ing di­rec­tor. Sab­har­wal will be join­ing the com­pany in Jan­uary 2018 and would be tak­ing over from the com­pany’s cur­rent man­ag­ing di­rec­tor and CEO Praveen P Ka­dle, who will be as­sum­ing other re­spon­si­bil­i­ties in the Tata Group ef­fec­tive April 1, 2018.

With over two decades of ex­pe­ri­ence in set­ting and scal­ing up busi­nesses of top con­sumer durable brands, Sethi’s ap­point­ment is piv­otal to the com­pany’s up­beat in the In­dian con­sumer elec­tron­ics mar­ket. Sethi’s role will hold key im­por­tance to AKAI’s con­scious de­ci­sion of not just play­ing the price war­rior card to sus­tain in this com­pet­i­tive segment.

Lobo as ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor and head, Bengaluru. Lobo will re­port to Amit Adarkar, CEO - Ip­sos in In­dia. She will also be part of Ip­sos In­dia Lead­er­ship Team. Lobo will fo­cus on driv­ing ag­gres­sive growth for Ip­sos Mar­ket Quest [MQ] (in­no­va­tion, cus­tomer & mar­ket un­der­stand­ing, brand strat­egy quan­ti­ta­tive), Ip­sos Un­der­stand­ing Un­lim­ited [UU] (qual­i­ta­tive), and Ip­sos Con­nect (brand­ing, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, me­dia), busi­nesses in Bengaluru. Ip­sos MQ, Ip­sos UU and Ip­sos Con­nect teams in Bengaluru will re­port to Lobo.
