Lin­gerie re­tailer Zi­vame has re­cently ap­pointed Amisha Jain as the chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer. Jain will strengthen Zi­vame’s ef­forts in bring­ing in­no­va­tive prod­ucts for In­dian woman and fur­ther­ing growth by in­ten­si­fy­ing its omni chan­nel pres­ence.


Flip­kart co-founder Sachin Bansal has ex­ited the busi­ness by sell­ing his en­tire stake of over 5 per cent for around `7,000 crore to Wal­mart. US re­tail gi­ant Wal­mart has for­mally an­nounced that it is buy­ing 77 per cent of Flip­kart’s stake for $16 bil­lion (`1.02 lakh crore).

Zee Entertainment

Mon­delez In­ter­na­tional’s Amit Shah has moved to Zee Entertainment as clus­ter head Re­gional Hindi Speak­ing Mar­kets (RHSM). Pre­vi­ously, he was work­ing as an as­so­ciate di­rec­tor - Mar­ket­ing, Gum, Candy & Bev­er­ages - In­dia, at Mon­delez. In his new role, Shah will be re­spon­si­ble for TV chan­nels in the RHSM - cur­rent foot­print in mar­kets of Ma­ha­rash­tra, Ben­gal, Orissa and Bi­har.


Prashant Peres has been el­e­vated to the post of se­nior di­rec­tor Cho­co­lates, Asia Pa­cific, Mid­dle East and Africa (AMEA) at Mon­delez. In his new role, Peres will lead strat­egy, in­no­va­tion and eq­uity for the Mon­delez’ flag­ship cat­e­gory across AMEA.

Ra­manathan Srid­har has been el­e­vated as se­nior man­ager­mar­ket­ing and brand at Axis Mu­tual Fund. He is presently based out of Mum­bai. Prior to this, Srid­har was work­ing as a mar­ket­ing and brand man­ager at AMF for about two years.

House of Hi­ranan­dani

Prashin Jhobalia, the for­mer head of mar­ket­ing at Tata Value Homes, has now joined House of Hi­ranan­dani, as vice pres­i­dent - mar­ket­ing strat­egy. Jhobalia will be head­ing the mar­ket­ing ver­ti­cal at the House of Hi­ranan­dani help­ing the group to es­tab­lish it­self as a lead­ing real es­tate con­glom­er­ate, de­vel­op­ing iconic in­te­grated com­mu­ni­ties in In­dia.

Mon­delez Bangladesh

Kal­lappa Pat­tanashetti has joined Mon­delez Bangladesh as the com­pany’s coun­try head. Prior to this, he was work­ing as the cat­e­gory mar­ket­ing man­ager in Mon­delez In­ter­na­tional.


In­tex Tech­nolo­gies has ap­pointed Ra­jiv Bak­shi as CMO. He will en­vi­sion In­tex’s Go-To-Mar­ket Strat­egy for the en­tire range of mo­bile and con­sumer durables, spread across 25 plus prod­uct ver­ti­cals in­clud­ing fea­ture and smart­phones, LED TVs, ACs, wash­ing ma­chines, speak­ers, head­phones and ac­ces­sories.
