Pana­sonic launches T33 smart­phone

Pana­sonic has launched a new en­try-level smart­phone in In­dia, T33. Priced at 4,990, the smart­phone sports a 4-inch WVGA dis- play.

Of­fer­ing sup­port for as many as 21 In­dian re­gional lan­guages, Pana­sonic T33 is part of the grow­ing brigade of multi-lin­gual smart­phones.

As for de­sign, the smart­phone with 125.8x65x10.1mm di­men­sions fea­tures a lay­ered de­sign with leatherette back.

Pana­sonic's new phone is pow­ered by a 1.2GHz quad-core pro­ces­sor, runs on An­droid 4.4.2 (Kitkat) and packs 4GB in­ter­nal mem­ory.

On cam­era front, there's 3MP cam­era with LED Flash at the back and a VGA shooter in the front. The phone will hit the mar­ket in the third week of July and come in Pearl White & Duke Blue col­ors. The bat­tery ca­pac­ity of Pana­sonic T33 is 1500 mAh.

The smart­phone will com­pete with the likes of Mi­cro­max Can­vas Spark, Nokia Lu­mia 630, Mo­torola Moto E and Sam­sung Gal­axy Core Duos.
