Vodafone connects customers through Vodafone Contest
Winner felicitated at Delhi; takes home a brand new Bike
Under multiple programmes that are being run by the Vodafone India at the Corporate and at the different Vodafone Circles level company is running Vodafone’s customer connect program contest for all its customers across country. The program was initiated from 23 April which has offered a value proposition as well as fun which added a differentiated experience to its customers.
Vodafone has several ongoing customer connect initiatives all year around, to engage closely with customers and make them feel special for choosing Vodafone. In this particular contest, it is a daily quiz contest, where customers were sent questions on a host of General Knowledge topics and Vodafone customers had to respond through SMS.
Winners are being chosen based on the maximum number of correct responses received by the company.
As company conducts a wide spectrum of cus- tomer engagement programmes at a National level and at individual circles level. But one of the key objectives behind such programmes is to get customers to feel a deeper connect with the Vodafone brand and to reward them for their patronage , engag-
ing customers, delight offers, mention a few done in past. Under this particular quiz contest the prizes being offered were 1st prize Honda Bike, 2nd prize Electrolux Windows AC and 3rd prize Samsung Neo Tab.
The bike was one of the prizes on offer and was won by a Vodafone customer from Delhi and declared the winner of its “Win a Bike contest” offer. Vodafone customer Subhash Goyal from Pitampura was chosen as the winner of a brand new Honda Bike.
To participate Vodafone customers simply had to dial 50404 or 5454502 and answer a set of question based on general knowledge, Politics, Bollywood, etc. Each right answer would fetch customer points. Winner of the contest was selected from the entries with highest score and minimum response time for submission.

On expressing his pleasure Subhash Goyal, the Bike winner, said, “I am overjoyed on winning the bike contest.
