ZOPO an­nounces mega ser­vice camps in mul­ti­ple cities

ZOPO Mo­bile an­nounc­ing that it has crossed a mile­stone by ac­quir­ing 250 ZOPO Care Part­ners (ZCPs) through­out In­dia. It is a big achieve­ment and in cel­e­bra­tion to this achieve­ment ZOPO will be host­ing a se­ries of ser­vice camps in var­i­ous cities in In­dia.

ZOPO, af­ter do­ing some ex­ten­sive re­search on their cus­tomers found out that the cus­tomer’s ser­vice re­quire­ments reach to its peak dur­ing the Mon­soon and Sum­mer sea­sons. These camps have been ar­ranged with the goal to ed­u­cate and help cus­tomers to have a bet­ter un­der­stand­ing about the do’s and don’ts of a hand­set us­age.

On this achieve­ment San­jeev Ba­tia, CEO of ZOPO Mo­bile, In­dia said “The preven­tive ser­vice camp will also give users the op­por­tu­nity to get all the ma­jor ex­ter­nal parts of their ZOPO de­vices checked. It will in­clude de­vices like bat­tery, charger, head­sets, etc. A soft­ware check will also be made along with the in­spec­tion of the key parts and the per­for­mance of the hand­sets. The cus­tomers will be briefed with ZOPO’s spe­cial 365 days re­place­ment ser­vice pol­icy along with the ex­tended war­ranty of ZOPO so that they can make the max­i­mum use of it.In ad­di­tion, cus­tomers will also be able to get their hands on the new ZOPO smart­phones. They will be briefed about the New and Up­com­ing launches of ZOPO Mo­biles as well.”
