EU Parliament Poll Begins
Voting has begun in Britain and the Netherlands for European Parliament elections in which Eurosceptic parties may be the beneficiaries of a disillusioned electorate. Some 400 million Europeans are eligible to vote, with national polls being held Thursday through Sunday. Over 16,000 candidates from 953 parties or lists are vying for 751 seats. In Britain, anti-EU UKIP could gain the largest share of votes.
