Bengaluru: Two se­nior ex­ec­u­tives are leav­ing ride hail­ing app Ola, even as it seeks to re­tain its lead­er­ship po­si­tion in In­dia’s fast grow­ing taxi-app mar­ket.

Pradeep Do­dle, head of cabs cat­e­gory man­age­ment has quit the com­pany while Har­sha Ku­mar, as­so­ciate vice pres­i­dent of prod­ucts is serv­ing her no­tice pe­riod.

Do­dle is cred­ited with build­ing the high-fare “prime” cat­e­gory for Ola and was also lead­ing strate­gic al­liances for the com­pany in­clud­ing the seal­ing of a deal with global taxi part­ners Didi Kuaidi in China, Lyft in the US and GrabTaxi in Malaysia aimed at tak­ing on Uber in world­wide mar­kets.
