Oil Rises to 4-month High on US Out­put

Oil climbed to a four-month high in Lon­don as fore­casts for lower US shale pro­duc­tion sig­nalled that global over­sup­ply will slowly di­min­ish. Brent for June set­tle­ment ad­vanced as much as 75 cents to $43.58 a bar­rel on the Lon­don­based ICE Fu­tures Europe ex­change and traded at $43.18.
