ACC Deal­ing With In­ter-Cadre Dep­u­ta­tion Case in Par­ti­san Man­ner: San­jiv Chaturvedi

NEW DELHI: For­mer AIIMS CVO San­jiv Chaturvedi has, in a fresh af­fi­davit to the Cen­tral Ad­min­is­tra­tive Tri­bunal, ac­cused the Ap­point­ments Com­mit­tee of Cabi­net (ACC) headed by the Prime Min­is­ter of deal­ing with his case of in­ter-cadre dep­u­ta­tion to the Delhi govern­ment in a “par­ti­san and bi­ased” man­ner. “The main rea­son for pen­dency of the pro­posal of in­ter- cadre dep­u­ta­tion of the ap­pli­cant for more than one year, de­spite ful­fill­ing all the el­i­gi­bil­ity con­di­tions by the ap­pli­cant... is that, right from the be­gin­ning the case was dealt in a par­ti­san and bi­ased man­ner, by the ACC,” the of­fi­cer said.—
