Cop­per Falls as Funds Re­verse Their Stand

Cop­per prices slid on Tues­day as funds re­versed bets on higher prices, though losses are likely to be limited by grow­ing op­ti­mism over stronger de­mand from top consumer China. Bench­mark cop­per on the LME traded down 0.5% at $4,802 a tonne in of­fi­cial rings.
