The Economic Times - - Money & Banking -

What is so special about the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund that over 70 candidates have applied to be its CEO? Besides the 40,000 crore corpus of the fund, it seems to be the high profile the job offers. The applicants include a former regional head of a British Bank with investments in a local financial services firm, and Thomas Mathew, additional secretary to President Pranab Mukherjee, who was also in the race for Sebi chief’s post.
