For Some Bankers, their Career Comes Full Circle
There seems to be a lot of CVs from a fledgling bank floating around looking for opportunities in established banks. The banks are willing to take their former middle-level managers, but there is one hitch — pay hike. Many of them had quit to join the fledgling bank with a 40-45% increase in pay. The banks are willing to take them back, but only on one condition — at the same pay scales they had when they quit. When push comes to shove some may be left with no other option but to lap up the offer.
