Firm has launched free on­line ini­tia­tive to skill peo­ple in stock trad­ing

Ben­galuru: Zerodha, an on­line bro­ker­age firm, has launched a free on­line ini­tia­tive to skill peo­ple in stock trad­ing.

“We have put up ed­u­ca­tion con­tent and have zero bar­ri­ers, not just fi­nan­cial bar­rier, you do not even need to lo­gin. You can just go and start read­ing,” said Karthik Ran­gappa, VP of eq­uity research and ed­u­ca­tion ser­vices at Zerodha.

The con­tent writ­ten by Ran­gappa, and Nithin Ka­math, CEO of Zerodha, cov­ers ten topics rang­ing from in­tro­duc­tion to stock mar­kets, tech­ni­cal anal­y­sis, Fun­da­men­tal anal­y­sis, fu­tures trad­ing, op­tions the­ory for pro­fes­sional trad­ing, op­tion strate­gies, mar­kets and tax­a­tion, among oth­ers. “Each mod­ule has close to1520 chap­ters, so it is as good as read­ing a book,” said Ran­gappa. The com­pany plans to soon re­lease the con­tent in Hindi and Gu­jarati and then in Kan­nada, Tamil and Malay­alam.
