BJP has given ticket to Shaila Rawat who was in anti-Har­ish Rawat camp dur­ing trust votes The sec­ond round of polling for the Ut­tar Pradesh assem­bly, seen as cru­cial for the for­tunes of the BJP gov­ern­ment at the Cen­tre, will be held on Wed­nes­day. More than 700 can­di­dates are in the fray for 67 assem­bly seats in the Western part of the state. As many as 2.29 cr elec­tors, in­clud­ing 1.05 cr women, are ex­pected to cast their vote.
