BrowserStack to Focus on Mobile App Testing
Bengaluru: Web testing platform BrowserStack that counts Twitter, Microsoft, Airbnb, MasterCard among customers will be focusing on mobile application testing domain where the Mumbai-based company sees a huge opportunity.
The six-year-old company that already generates over $10 million annual recurring revenue, according to data received from iSPIRT, plans to invest between $5 million and $15 million in its product and expansion over the next couple of years.
“In the last one year we have seen a huge demand in mobile app testing platform,” said Ritesh Arora, cofounder of BrowserStack. “We get at least 50 inquiries every week from customers, including the large ones like Twitter, Hike and Microsoft, asking for infrastructural support at mobile app testing level.” BrowserStack provides a platform that can help developers visualise their code and test its performance across different platforms.
