Lufthansa to Fly Air­bus A350 to Mum­bai from April

Ger­man flag car­rier Lufthansa on Thurs­day said be­gin­ning this sum­mer it will fly Air­bus A350-900s to con­nect Mu­nich with Mum­bai. From April 16, Mum­bai will be the third des­ti­na­tion world­wide to wel­come the new­est long haul air­craft A350s on the Mu­nich-Mum­bai route, it said in a state­ment. Ear­lier this month, Lufthansa has been fly­ing a 350-900 from New Delhi. The A350900 air­craft is the world’s most mod­ern and en­vi­ron­men­tally friendly long-haul air­craft.
