Click­2Clinic Ac­quires Home Health Care for 4 crore

Hy­der­abad: Health tech­nol­ogy startup Click­2Clinic has ac­quired Home Health Care, an agency that of­fers home health­care ser­vices in Ben­galuru, for ap­prox­i­mately .₹ 4 crore in an all-stock deal, re­ports Our Bu­reau. “We val­ued the com­pany at .₹ 2 crore with a top line rev­enue of .₹ 1 crore,” said Dr Su­jeeth R Pun­nam, chair­man, Click­2Clinic, which is an ag­gre­ga­tor of hos­pi­tals, clin­ics, di­ag­nos­tics, phar­macy, am­bu­lance ser­vices and al­lied health ser­vices.

It plans to de­ploy its tech­nol­ogy to cap­i­talise on Home Health Care’s net­work in Ben­galuru. Founded by Pun­nam and Dr Mu­rali Bharad­waj in the US, Click­2Clinic is now look­ing to raise $1mil­lion for an ag­gres­sive ex­pan­sion into In­dian cities.
