Click2Clinic Acquires Home Health Care for 4 crore
Hyderabad: Health technology startup Click2Clinic has acquired Home Health Care, an agency that offers home healthcare services in Bengaluru, for approximately .₹ 4 crore in an all-stock deal, reports Our Bureau. “We valued the company at .₹ 2 crore with a top line revenue of .₹ 1 crore,” said Dr Sujeeth R Punnam, chairman, Click2Clinic, which is an aggregator of hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, pharmacy, ambulance services and allied health services.
It plans to deploy its technology to capitalise on Home Health Care’s network in Bengaluru. Founded by Punnam and Dr Murali Bharadwaj in the US, Click2Clinic is now looking to raise $1million for an aggressive expansion into Indian cities.
